(This work is done alongside our main day to day lettings business and we're the only agency to do this!).
Our social benefit work sees us supporting people who are in housing need and have found themselves homeless (a growing number) to secure a privately rented home, and to manage their tenancies. This prevents evictions - which is the biggest cause of homelessness today.
We record all the work we do to advise, assist, and rehouse homeless people (see documents below).
