We invest donations invested into The Ethical Lettings Agency - a Community Interest Company which acts as a type of social enterprise. They help us to continue to provide services to local people who are facing homelessness. To learn more about our 'Social Benefit', take a look at the document below which explains how we do this. (This work is done alongside our main day-to-day lettings business and we're the only agency to do this!)
Our Social Benefit work sees us supporting people who are in housing need and have found themselves homeless (a growing number) to secure a privately rented home, and to manage their tenancies. This support helps to prevent evictions - which is the biggest cause of homelessness today.
We record all the work we do to advise, assist, and rehouse homeless people. (See documents below.)
