We are a social enterprise.
We let, manage and buy properties, fairly.
We believe our ethos and high standards are an example of how all letting agents should operate. We support tenants to help manage their rent and sustain their tenancies (preventing evictions). We check properties before letting, and regularly when managing them. We don’t exclude someone just because they are claiming benefits. For landlords,, we charge fair fees with no hidden costs or mark-ups (which are common practice in the industry). We also tightly control the financial management of properties and ensure legal requirements are met. |
Landlords
We offer a range of expert lettings and management services for all types of residential landlord at fair fees; whether you have one property or hundreds. We have no hidden costs or mark-ups. We use our knowledge and experience to help look after your assets and tenants. We have many years' experience letting and managing 10,000s of properties.
We deliver proven financial returns for landlords and investors, and are particularly looking to speak to those wanting to expand/create property portfolios. Needing to sell? Through our sister company The Ethical Housing Company, we also buy properties directly from owners - get in touch to see if we can help. |
Tenants
Register with us to find a home, whatever sized budget you have. We don’t charge any fees. We check standards of all properties we let and manage, and provide an excellent service for tenants who live in our managed properties. We have a wealth of knowledge to help you, particularly navigating Housing Benefit/Universal Credit.

Properties for rentWe work across the Redcar, Cleveland and Teesside rental markets to find quality properties to suit all budgets. We work hard to match tenants on our register with properties before they become vacant. We also advertise properties that become available, so check back here regularly to see what’s on offer.

Our sister company, The Ethical Housing Company (EHC) provides decent and affordable homes for rent for people in housing need across the Teesside private rental market. Its unique business model combines commercial and social outcomes, placing EHC within the growing world of 'impact investment'. After proving its model on Teesside, EHC is now also influencing and leading the creation of a 'new national housing sector' to tackle the pressing societal challenge of housing need. EHC buys properties in the Tees Valley area from homeowners and landlords (ideally off market) and does not charge fees.
Our positive impact.

As a social enterprise (we are a C.I.C. - Community Interest Company), we strive to make a positive social impact on our community through our work. We do this by helping people and families in housing need, including those affected by homelessness.
Please see above our Social Impact Report which sets out our impact across Teesside in 2023/24.
We have seen a big rise in homelessness and unfortunately there is no sign of this slowly down any time. Along with our sister company The Ethical Housing Company, we are determined to step up to this challenge. We're proud to make a difference to people in our community.
