Tenants
Register with us to find a home, whatever sized budget you have. We don’t charge any fees. We check standards of all properties we let and manage, and provide an excellent service for tenants who live in our managed properties. We have a wealth of knowledge to help you, particularly navigating Housing Benefit/Universal Credit.
Properties for rentWe work across the Redcar, Cleveland and Teesside rental markets to find quality properties to suit all budgets. We work hard to match tenants on our register with properties before they become vacant. We also advertise properties that become available, so check back here regularly to see what’s on offer

As a social enterprise (we are a C.I.C.), we work to make a positive social impact on our community as part of what we do. We choose to do this by helping people and families in housing need, including those affected by homelessness.
Please see above our latest SOCIAL IMPACT REPORT which sets out our impact across Teesside over the past year from April 2020. We have seen a big rise in homelessness over the past two years and unfortunately this is set to rise further with the Covid recession which will hit hard on Teesside. Along with our sister company The Ethical Housing Company, we are determined to step up to this challenge. We're proud to make a difference to people in our community. |
Navigating the Covid impacts for private landlords
The private rental market on Teesside will face new dificulties in a Covid recession as tenants face financial difficulties. Unemployment levels are predicted to reach close to 20% on Teesside, with the Bank of England predicting it will take several years to recover. Whilst rental properties may on the surface seem like a way to generate financial returns in a low-interest rate environment - the risks are high and rising. If you cannot get rent from tenants you cannot generate a yield!
