The Ethical Housing Company (EHC) has secured a further £7.5 million to help it house more people in hosuing need across Teesside. The long-term investment comes from two sources: Teesside Pension Fund (£5m) Big Society Capital (£2.5m) All properties owned by EHC are managed by The Ethical Lettings Agency who work to support tenants to sustain their tenancies, many of whom were previously homeless.
