EHC is stepping up to help tackle the growing housing crisis on Teesside, which sees over 22% of ALL households in receipt of Universal Credit at August 2020 (a 97% increase since Aug19). The Covid recession will hit Teesside hard and many people will need access to decent and affordable rented homes in the private rent sector. EHC provides a positive choice for people and families who may otherwise end up in the hands of slum landlords who blight our communities.
